Gronax OÜ (registry code 16183860, Õismäe tee 85, 13515 Tallinn) processes the personal data you submit on this website: name, phone, email, message text and attached photos.

The purpose is to answer your request and prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Requests from the website are delivered to Gronax staff via Telegram and email. Messages in the AI assistant chat are processed by Anthropic (Claude) solely to generate a reply.

We keep request data only as long as needed to respond and to perform a contract, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. The website does not use advertising cookies.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to the email shown in the Contact section. You also have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
